Journey To Karman Joy Zi Yu Pucci: 2012

Hello Everyone! Thank You so much for all of the words of encouragement and the PRAYERS!!!!! I can tell you we feel the power of each prayer! (The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective) Everyday this awesome creation gets a little more comfortable with her "MA" and "Pappa"!!! We leave her province, Xining and head to Guangzhou tomorrow! 8 more days and we can come HOME and we are so ready! We miss our other 3 babies! WE LOVE YOU ALL!
PS: David (our guide) was able to welcome his wife home from the hospital. After multiple units of blood and an extended hospital stay, she is on her way to a full recovery! He has been very appreciative of our continued inquiries of his wife, small gift of well wishes, and prayers! We tell him everyday that we are praying to a GOD who is alive and able to do all things! :)

Our first day was a lot of fun. We meet some amazing couples from the States all with incredible testimonies. There are five couples we have meet and two more that are scheduled to be at orientation today. We spent the first part of the day (eating), then we went to the Great Wall which was amazing (see pics below). The next stop was at the factory that provided the Jade that was used for the medals of the 2008 Olympic Games. The tour was very interesting and the showroom had many wonderful pieces. We all sat down for lunch at the rotating table. I am suprised this never caught on in the US, it is very practical. After lunch, we went on a tour of historic Beijing and visited a lady and her 15 year old son at their home (husband was working). Lastly, we went to dinner with the group and ate "Daffy Duck" and some other stuff we still are not sure what it was, but it was nice. Overall a it was areally nice day. We have orientation today and a trip to the Forbidden City planned. Monday we will be with Karman!
